Privacy
This policy covers strandio.io, our public marketing site. It does not cover the StrandIO application, which is governed separately by the agreement we sign with each customer.
What we collect
The contact form on this site is the only place we collect personal information. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you enter. Nothing else on this site collects personal information about you.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies.
Why we collect it
Only to read your message and reply to it, and to continue that conversation if you want one. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
- Formspree processes the contact form and delivers submissions to us by email. Your submission passes through and is stored on their systems under their own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. Loading a page requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Vercel hosts this site and processes standard server request logs.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to these; we will honour the request either way, and we will not ask you to justify it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send anything confidential through the contact form — send us a note and we'll arrange a better channel.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
